• Conduct daily reconciliations to maintain accuracy of a static reference data across a portfolio exceeding 20,000 financial products.

• Contribute to the growth of Trading 212's instrument offerings by assisting in the expansion of the instrument universe and supporting product launches.

• Oversee and manage updates to instrument reference data and regulatory statuses, ensuring compliance in a dynamic market environment.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide assistance of trading operations-related client inquiries.

• Maintain regulatory reporting (EMIR and MIFIR).

• Pursue processing excellence, upholding a "zero-margin for errors" standard.

• Contribute to business development projects under the guidance of senior team members.

• Good understanding of financial markets.

• Experience with MS Office, with solid expertise in Excel.

• Relentless drive to learn.

• High attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Great problem-solving skills to find smart and practical solutions.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of SQL.

• Experience with Refinitiv, Bloomberg or alternative financial data providers.
