The Crown Is Yours
As a Trading Compliance Specialist, you'll bring your critical-thinking skills and compliance expertise to the Trading Compliance team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Trading, Sportsbook, and Regulatory Operations teams to ensure DraftKings remains compliant with gaming regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Your communication skills will be crucial as you engage directly with regulators to facilitate new sports wagering requests.
What you'll do as a Trading Compliance Specialist
- Ensure Trading regulatory requirements remain up-to-date and aligned with the latest changes from regulators across multi-state catalogs.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with the Trading Operations team regarding new or updated regulatory requirements for emerging trading markets.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on trading and regulatory matters, providing guidance to cross-departmental stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with gaming and state regulators to secure approval for new DraftKings sports wagering content.
- Partner with the Legal team to ensure new jurisdiction launches receive full regulatory approval and that customer-facing language complies with guidelines.
What you'll bring
- Experience reviewing legal or regulatory documentation or working closely with legal teams to support regulatory initiatives.
- Prior experience in a compliance or auditing-focused role.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
- Understanding of the gaming industry or experience working with gaming regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey critical business information quickly and effectively.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 75,600.00 USD - 94,500.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
