As a Trading Operations Specialist within TradePMR, you will work in a highly collaborative environment to support Registered Investment Advisors across various product types including equities, bonds, and options. You'll contribute to the efficient processing of trades and advisor requests, while helping ensure a smooth and compliant trading experience for our clients.
This role is based in our Clearwater, FL office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do- Accept and process trade orders from advisors and account holders accurately and promptly
- Provide platform navigation support and assist with trade corrections as needed
- Manage trading-related service requests at the account level with efficiency and precision
- Respond to advisor and client inquiries while ensuring compliance with firm policies
- Serve as a liaison between advisors and entities such as clearing firms, fixed income desks, and vendors
- FINRA SIE and Series 7 Licenses are required
- 1–2 years of experience in a trading operations or back-office financial services role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected hourly range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one compensation zone. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan.
