How Will You Make a Difference?
- Provide administrative support to legal staff and paralegals.
- Prepare standard correspondence, memoranda, and other documents.
- Review, edit, and process vendor invoices and monthly client bills.
- Maintain records and filing systems.
- Schedule appointments / maintain calendar for legal staff
What Will You Bring to the Table?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1+ years’ administrative support experience, preferably in a law firm
- Skills and knowledge of administrative support as normally acquired through technical training or equivalent experience
- This position is hybrid with an in-office requirement of 2 days per week.

- The pay range for this position varies by geographic market. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors including education, experience, skills, professional background, overall qualifications, and location
- In Minneapolis, the estimated starting pay range is $26.15 - $32.82 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $51,000 - $64,000 annually.
- In Boston and San Diego, the estimated starting pay range is $30.21 - $37.91 per hour (based on a 35-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $55,000 - $69,000 annually.
- In Washington, D.C., the estimated starting pay range is $30.25 - $37.94 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $59,000 - $74,000 annually.
- In New York and Silicon Valley, the estimated starting pay range is $32.41 - $40.65 per hour (based on a 35-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $59,000 - $74,000 annually.
