Trade Show & Events Coordinator
Job Overview:
Support production and execution of Lytx trade shows and events hosted in the US and UK, from large industry association sponsored conferences and trade shows, in the country's largest event and conference spaces, to smaller event sponsorship (tabletop displays) to Lytx-run and managed events, including our User Group Conferences. Work with Lytx Market Development Managers, Commercial Leaders, Marketing Leadership and others to build the show schedule, determine the level of Lytx display and involvement necessary, and work with them to create show goals to ensure success.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as tradeshow project manager.
- Pre-show consultation and planning, venue selection and event flow.
- Lytx booth location at key shows, communication, printing and shipping, budget management, related travel arrangements, staffing, show follow-up and reporting, etc.
- Ensuring proper set-up, venue arrangements, and vendor coordination.
- Manage trade show calendar, project timelines, and budget.
- Drive pre-show planning meetings, developing any supporting planning documentation.
- Build and distribute regular pre-show status reports and post-show summary report.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years executing trade shows and events
- Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study.
- Demonstrated success in trade show management and project management.
- Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
- Event registration site building experience preferred.
