All about the role:
Electrolux Home Appliances is seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to fill the position of Country Trade Development and Field Force Manager. This role is pivotal in driving trade development strategies and managing field force operations at the country level. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external retailers, and agencies to ensure effective execution of trade development initiatives and field force activities.

What you’ll do:
Trade Development:
- Develop and implement trade development strategies aligned with regional objectives and guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute trade marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Manage display effectiveness in retail outlets, ensuring the right products and models are showcased prominently.
- Monitor investments in stores, track ROI, and optimize spending to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regional guidelines and standards in trade development activities.
Field Force Management:
- Oversee field force operations and ensure adherence to regional guidelines and standards.
- Monitor the effectiveness of field force activities, including sales performance and execution of promotional campaigns.
- Provide guidance and support to field force personnel to enhance effectiveness and productivity.
- Collaborate with external agencies to recruit, train, and manage field force personnel.
- Implement incentive programs and recognition schemes to motivate and reward high-performing field force teams.
Sales and Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor sales performance and track key metrics to assess the effectiveness of trade development and field force activities.
- Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance results and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal regional & local teams to align trade development and field force strategies with overall business objectives.
Core Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in trade development, field force management, or related roles within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of trade marketing principles and retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English is required.
