- Support Trade Marketing Strategies to increase product visibility and sales within retail channels, including assisting in the development of promotional campaigns, point-of-sale materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to form a solid marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research and analysis to gather information on market trends, consumer demographics, and competitor activities to help in shaping effective marketing strategies and improving product positioning.
- Initiate ideas for marketing materials and campaigns, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with sales objectives. also assist in creating sales presentations and providing marketing support to key accounts.
- Build a strong relationship with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of trade marketing activities with overall business strategies.
Requirements
Required Skills and knowledge:
- 1-2 years of Trade Marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of market dynamics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree of Marketing or any related field.
- A Marketing Diploma is preferable.
