JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive growth and execution excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies, in line with brand and business priorities.
- Analyzing sell-in and sell-out data.
- Translate brand positioning into effective in-store activation, promotional plans and visibility initiatives.
- Lead the development of customer-specific plans, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain.
- Analyse market, shopper, and performance data to identify insights and optimize trade investments.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of promotions, launches, and activation campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs, ROI, and post-promotion performance, providing actionable recommendations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Sales within FMCG.
- Degree in economics is preferrable.
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics, promotions, and shopper marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Passion for food brands and consumer-centric thinking.
- Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Work conditions and location:
- Hybrid – Rome, Italy.
- Permanent contract – Full-Time.
