Position Title: Trade Marketing Manager

Location: Warsaw, Poland  

Work Arrangement: Remote, Ex “10% Travel Expected” 

Employment: Permanent

The Job: 

As the Trade Marketing Manager you’ll be part of our Marketing team.

You’ll get to:    

  • Develop, implement, and oversee promotional strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Introduce new products to the market and coordinate successful product launches.
  • Collaborate closely with Group Marketing Managers, Digital and Social Media Managers, and the local Sales Team to ensure alignment of trade marketing activities.
  • Design and execute trade promotions, catalogues, marketing concepts, and point-of-sale displays.
  • Organize and manage sales activities, trade fairs, events, and marketing translations in cooperation with external agencies.
  • Regularly visit and engage with customers to strengthen business relationships.
  • Create and implement pricing policies in line with company guidelines, including managing pricing processes and developing price lists.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new channels, customers, and partnership opportunities.
  • Measure, report, and assess the performance of marketing campaigns against established goals.
  • Administer various operational tasks, including system updates, pricing setup, and purchase order management.

About You:

  • Relevant higher education in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in trade marketing and product marketing.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong overall MS Office skills. Experience with SAP software is an advantage.
  • Proactive approach, high level of self-motivation, and ability to take responsibility.
