About the Role

 

As a Trade Marketing Management Trainee – On & Hotels, you will join our Business Development & Trade Marketing team and contribute to strengthening the execution of our premium brand portfolio across the On-Trade and Hotel channels.

 

Working at the intersection of Sales, Marketing and Business Development, you will support the planning and execution of commercial initiatives, analyze market performance, enhance customer activation, and help deliver best-in-class trade marketing execution.

 

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic commercial functions of our business while developing strong analytical, operational and stakeholder management capabilities.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·       Support the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives aligned with brand, channel and customer strategies.

·       Analyze promotional performance through pre- and post-activity evaluations, including ROI analysis and performance measurement.

·       Prepare regular commercial reports, dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership teams.

·       Monitor sell-out performance, merchandising effectiveness and execution quality to generate actionable business insights.

·       Support budget planning, trade investment tracking and incentive program management to ensure effective resource allocation.

·       Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams to execute the annual commercial activity calendar.

·       Coordinate loyalty and incentive programs while managing communication with suppliers and field sales teams.

·       Support the development, production and distribution of POS materials, visibility assets and sales equipment.

·       Conduct regular field visits alongside Sales teams to monitor execution standards, customer engagement and competitive activity.

·       Support sponsorship agreements and operational processes within the On-Trade channel.

·       Contribute to customer events, activations and visibility projects that strengthen brand presence.

·       Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide commercial updates and recommendations.

·       Support e-flow, purchasing and invoicing processes related to trade marketing activities.

 

Who We're Looking For

 

Education

·       Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience

·       Up to 2 years of internship or professional experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing or Commercial functions, preferably within FMCG.

·       Strong analytical thinking with a commercial mindset.

·       Ability to transform data into meaningful business insights.

·       Excellent planning, organization and project management skills.

·       Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
