We are seeking a Trade Marketing Executive for Pernod Ricard Türkiye. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing region/customer-specific trade promotions and incentive plans for the traditional channel, assessing their effectiveness through pre-post analysis and ROI calculations, and preparing internal status update reports. They will provide ad-hoc analysis and management reports from Nielsen market data, merchandising audit results, and company sell-out data. 

The role involves timely tracking and reporting of activity/trade spending budgets, following up on the yearly activity calendar, and leading the loyalty and merchandising audit projects. The candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, purchasing teams, and suppliers to develop, produce, and deliver in-store display units, POSM materials, and sales team outfits. Additionally, they will conduct field visits to examine in-store execution, observe improvement areas, and monitor the trade environment and competitors.

Requirements:

• Develop by region/by customer trade promotions, incentive plans for traditional channel according to improvement areas, needs, opportunities.
• Assessment of the effectiveness of the promotions by making pre-post analysis, ROI calculations.
• Prepares and publishes periodical internal status update reports for activities and incentives to the sales team and management.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis & management reports from Nielsen market data, Merchandising Audit results, company sell out data.
• Timely tracking and reporting of activity/trade spending budgets.
• Follow up the yearly activity calendar in defined deadlines
• Actively lead the loyalty project coordinating among suppliers and sales team. 
• Actively lead the merchandising audit project with the agency in planning, execution and reporting phases 
• Working closely with sales, marketing, purchasing teams and suppliers to actively lead the  development&production&delivery of in-store display units/stands, POSM materials, sales team outfit etc. 
• Make field visits with supervisors and sales represantives to examine instore execution, observe instore improvement areas and trade promotions effectiveness and monitor trade environment&competitors.


Requirements:

Education: Graduated from reputable universities' business, economics or engineering faculties.

Job related experience : 

- At least 3-5 years of work experience in trade marketing and/or business development, preferably in the field of sales or commercial marketing preferably in an FMCG environment in sales (Field sales experience is a plus)

-Insightful, extroverted, analytical and good at conflict management.

-Excellent communication skills with internal or external clients.

-Able to travel frequently

-Result-oriented, entrepreneurial, predictive and self-motivated.

-Have a strong business acumen and can grasp the scope of business from a sales perspective.
