You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, working side by side with local partners and sales teams.
In this role, you will:
Drive trade marketing activities across the DACH region, ensuring effective coordination and execution of marketing initiatives through a strong data-driven approach across all campaign phases.
Coordinate and manage integrated trade marketing campaigns across print and digital channels, ensuring timely execution, alignment of stakeholders, and consistency of messaging.
Own campaign planning and operational coordination, including briefing processes, asset management, timelines, approvals, and follow-up across multiple marketing activities.
Support personalized and tailor-made marketing initiatives by preparing target groups, coordinating mailing lists, and ensuring accurate campaign setup together with internal stakeholders and partners.
Contribute creatively to campaign development and marketing materials, supporting content adaptation, visual coordination, and local market relevance.
Support budgeting and marketing controlling activities, maintaining budget overviews, tracking marketing spend, and helping prioritize marketing investments and activities.
Prepare reports, dashboard exports, and Excel-based analysis to support performance tracking, campaign evaluation, and decision-making.
What makes you unique
- Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Marketing or Commercial roles, ideally within an international or regional market setup.
- Strong analytical and market‑reading skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into impactful commercial actions.
- Organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Good Excel and data handling skills, including reporting, budget tracking, dashboard exports, and campaign-related analysis.
- Experience working with local partners, agencies, or distributors, managing multiple stakeholders in a structured and collaborative way.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and interest in supporting campaign development, local adaptations, and marketing material coordination.
- Clear and confident communication skills, enabling effective interaction across Sales, Marketing and external partners.
- A hands‑on, proactive and ownership‑driven mindset, comfortable operating in fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environments.
- Fluency in English and German.
