JOB SUMMARY
This role is for a proactive and detail-oriented Channel Activation Executive & POS Coordinator that will provide crucial support to the Trade Marketing team. He/She plays a critical support function in executing trade marketing initiatives and ensuring seamless delivery of operational elements at the point of sale. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where timelines and attention to detail matter.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Project & Activation Coordination
- Support the coordination and execution of Trade Marketing projects, customer activations and campaigns across the On-Trade channel.
- Assist with project planning, timelines and day-to-day coordination in partnership with Sales, Marketing and external stakeholders.
- Provide operational support for event logistics, stakeholder communications and campaign requirements to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain project trackers, coordinate follow-ups and assist with post-activation reporting and recaps.
Artwork, POSM & Asset Management
- Coordinate artwork development, approvals and adaptation for customer and channel activations.
- Manage POSM inventory, deployment, logistics and tracking across outlets.
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouses and internal teams to ensure marketing assets are delivered accurately and on time.
- Maintain visibility of marketing assets and support continuous process improvements.
Administration & Operational Support
- Support vendor quotations, Free-of-Charge (FOC) requests and project documentation.
- Maintain project trackers, records and reporting to support operational excellence.
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Operations and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Build strong working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Operations, suppliers and agency partners.
- Provide coordination support across multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
- Compile data, insights and reports to support business reviews and decision making.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, ways of working and execution standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Candidate with 1–2 years of experience in a marketing operations or trade marketing support role in FMCG or the spirits/beverages industry is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong internships and a go-getter attitude may also be considered.
