Job Summary
As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within the Operations team, you ensure accurate and timely settlement of trades. You collaborate with business and technology partners to resolve issues and implement process improvements. You play a key role in maintaining data integrity and supporting global initiatives
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure transactions are correctly matched for smooth settlement
- Pre-match and settle Fixed Income trades, focusing on priority clients
- Manage delivery, cross depot stock movements, and payment processing
- Instruct bond conversions for both physical and ADRs
- Validate interest claims and review auto-borrow reports
- Resolve cash and stock breaks with the Reconciliations team
- Participate in projects for new system implementation and process improvement
- Take ownership of work, clarify issues, and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with Desk Heads and Business Managers to address priorities
- Partner with technology teams to design and implement future solutions
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and document requirements for future processes
