Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Asia Pacific)
Overview:
Mastercard Global Talent Acquisition encompasses Experienced Hiring, Executive Hiring, and Early Careers Hiring. The incumbent's remit focuses on university relationships, specifically in Australasia and South-east Asia within Asia Pacific. Early Careers Team shapes the future of Mastercard through initiatives and programs to attract and hire uniquely talented college and university graduates who will contribute to Mastercard's success. This position demands an outstanding ability to multi-task as well as superior organizational skills. It requires an individual who understands the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism at all times and is able to deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to adapt to change.
Role:
Working in close partnership with key business stakeholders, this person will be responsible for:• Executing on high volume campus hiring in Australasia and South-east Asia, with a focus on Products, Consulting and Technology roles• Attracting and retaining high potential university talent; developing relationships with local universities, and identifying and building new partnerships and programs on campus
i• Managing a pipeline of interns, direct sourced applicants, and referrals• Ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience end to end• Upholding candidate data integrity at all times• Planning and executing Early Careers Programs, viz Launch and Internship Programs in coordination with the Global Early Careers teams across regions• Ensuring adherence to all compliance and acquisition processes
All About You:
Knowledge/Experience/Skills Required:• Experience in university recruitment and in building and maintaining relationships with colleges and universities. This includes career centers, faculty, student organizations and interest groups• Analytical and able to make data driven insights to provide recommendations to continually evolve the function• Strong Project Management and the ability to quickly master internal and external systems and platforms• Strong communication skills
