As our next CRM Specialist within our Trade team, you’ll help build the journeys that turn free trades into loyal members. You’ll work directly in Braze to build, QA, and launch campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app, helping our messages land at the right time, in the right way, and without errors.

This is a hands-on delivery role with room to grow. You’ll join a collaborative team that’s turning CRM into a revenue-driving engine, and you’ll gain experience in automation, journey design, and performance measurement along the way.

Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:

  • Delivering high-quality CRM campaigns across all key channels using Braze.

  • Spotting errors before they reach our customers, and fixing them fast.

  • Collaborating with the CRM Lead and Ops Manager to build automated flows.

  • Making sure every campaign is consistent, on-brand and goes out on time.

It’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You’ll do well here if you bring:

  • Experience in CRM or marketing operations, ideally using Braze (or similar).

  • A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in getting things right.

  • A curiosity to grow, whether that’s automation, data, or CRM strategy.
