At this point, Zelh is looking for the Track and Trace Representative to the logistics platform for the built world.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and track shipments, with a focus on reefer freight.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve shipment issues with minimal supervision.
Make timely decisions to keep freight moving and minimize service disruptions.
Retrieve and organize Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipment documentation.
Update load information and shipment statuses in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
Reconcile, review, and maintain accurate shipment documentation, including Proofs of Delivery (PODs).
Clean up and organize paperwork to ensure accurate and complete records.
Take on additional operational tasks as needed to support the team and maintain workflow efficiency.
Working conditions:
Work schedule: M-F 8 am - 5 pm EST

3+ years of Track & Trace experience, preferably handling reefer shipments.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and resolve issues independently.
Confident decision-maker who can think quickly and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated professional who requires minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Experience managing transportation documentation, including BOLs, PODs, and shipment paperwork.
Familiarity with updating and maintaining shipment information in a TMS.
