Manage daily communication with drivers and clients, update tracking systems, schedule appointments, notify stakeholders of issues, answer client calls, and support logistics operations while maintaining market awareness.

Entry-level role managing end-to-end shipment tracking and communication. Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to update shipment platforms, field inquiries, escalate issues, support sales operations, and ensure timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

The LTL Logistics Coordinator manages LTL shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while communicating with clients and carriers to resolve issues and enhance service levels.
