Serve as primary HR contact for assigned client portfolios, advising stakeholders and managers on employee relations, performance, workforce changes, and retention. Manage employee relations cases and escalations, coordinate performance and compensation processes, monitor HR metrics, support talent development initiatives, and participate in HR projects to develop scalable practices for international and remote teams.

Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation: analyze business processes, configure financial modules (AR/AP), workflows, reporting and dashboards, manage integrations and data migration, run testing and UAT, train users, and provide post-go-live support and optimization.

Provide customer support for logistics and dispatch: handle inbound calls and emails, coordinate shipments using internal systems and databases, resolve client and vendor issues, and perform assigned duties to support daily operations.

Manage regional HR service delivery via ticketing: resolve HR requests, support payroll inputs and employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding), maintain HRM data accuracy (Kronos/AT), prepare HR documentation, collaborate with Recruitment, Finance, and People Partners, and help improve HR processes and SLAs.

Coordinate day-to-day shipment execution by rating, routing, booking, tendering, and tracking shipments in the TMS. Serve as primary shipment contact for clients, proactively communicate delays/exceptions, resolve service issues, escalate incidents, validate documentation and compliance, and support claims, reporting, and account SOPs to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Schedule, build, and reschedule 40–50 truckload shipments daily using Optimizer, Accelerator, Vooma, and BiggerPicture. Validate shipment details, add documentation, communicate with shippers/receivers, escalate issues, pursue SOP automation, meet team targets, and support operational continuity while following account-specific SOPs.

The LTL Logistics Coordinator manages LTL shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while communicating with clients and carriers to resolve issues and enhance service levels.

Responsible for coordinating shipments, managing carrier relationships, troubleshooting shipment issues, generating reports, and providing operational support across freight movements.

The AP/AR Specialist will manage accounts payable and receivable tasks, process invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records while ensuring timely payments and communication with customers and carriers.

Provide remote and on-site technical support: troubleshoot and resolve user issues, install/configure and maintain internal and office networks, manage hardware/software inventory via remote access (Datto), monitor and update physical/virtual infrastructure, collaborate with system administrators, and support Office365/Exchange/SharePoint and multi-OS deployments.
