How you will contribute
You will oversee the planning and execution of software and applications. To do so, you will manage an internal team and partner with external suppliers and use your deep technical and market knowledge and thorough understanding of our business goals find and deploy the right software and application solutions for the future. You will support programs to implement regional and global software and application strategies, offer input to financial planning and controls for software and applications on a regional and global level, collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments, explores opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings, and ensure that support service level objectives and key performance indicators are accomplished.

Overall Description:
As the TPM Deployment Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the new market deployments and continuous improvement of our TPM solutions with a focus on Salesforce TPM. This position will involve leading demands across new deployment and activation requests, stakeholder engagement, cost estimates and commercial negotiation, requirements gathering, integration partner management and deployment deliverables & documentation. The role will be responsible for the coordination of cross-functional teams, ensuring standards are followed, monitoring quality and performance of the solution, and leveraging best practices across markets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to the development teams, ensuring design, implementation and continuous improvement excellence.
- Manage the development and deployment of new features, enhancements, and fixes for the TPM platform, focusing on continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
- Work closely with deployment and cross-functional teams to plan and execute releases, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and release cycles.
- Ensure technical quality, performance, and scalability of TPM and in particular Salesforce TPM solutions, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce release cycles and deployment plans, tracking progress and ensuring the right technical approach across different markets.
- Lead strategic planning for market deployments, mapping out comprehensive deployment plans, monitoring and reporting on progress, and bringing structure to complex cross-functional collaboration.
- Implement best practices to minimize risks in new market deployments and activations, ensuring successful and stable launches.
- Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and understanding of technical challenges and solutions.
- Promote and ensure the adoption of best practices when going live to new markets, tailoring deployment strategies to meet the unique needs of each market while maintaining overall strategic alignment.
- Review and assess requirements to determine which enhancements and best practices can be adopted across markets to optimize deployments and minimize risks.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in technology, sales, or related functions, with significant experience in program management, stakeholder management, QA, solution deployment/activation and delivery.
- E2E knowledge on trade promotion management processes, including customer planning, promotion funds, promotion management, P&L and financials, promotion execution and reporting/analysis.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies and delivery management.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce TPM and/or other major TPM solutions, with a strong focus on deployments, continuous improvement, and best practices.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating complex deployments across multiple markets sometimes simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and business leaders.
- Desirable experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Platform and certifications such as Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder.
- Desirable knowledge of other RGM pillars such as smart pricing, assortment mix and PPA.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships, both functionally and cross-functionally, and to lead multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
