We are seeking an dynamic professional to join our team as the Southern Cone Change Management Lead
You will drive change management for the S4 Hana project in in the business unit ensuring changes get embraced, adopted and sustained.
SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey and provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. MDLZ is proceeding with a Smart Field approach, which means reviewing processes for opportunities to harmonize them, improve user interfaces, creating a digital core of systems that talk to each other, and more.
How you will contribute
You will:
• Act as a change partner and be accountable for change management for the business unit.
• Work with leaders to create a compelling change story and case for change.
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization.
• Define and execute strategic change management interventions.
• Support building change management capability and coach project stakeholders
• Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies.
What you will bring
A desire to lead the future for our company and accelerate you career with experience and knowledge in:
- 2+ years' experience managing change initiatives in a local and/or regional corporate environment.
- Experience managing and influencing stakeholders.
- Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management
- Creativity and experience using latest communication and learning tools.
- A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

- Able to communicate in Spanish and English.
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, communications, or relevant experience.
- Change management certification preferred.
Travel requirements: Yes, less than 10%

Mondelēz Southern Cone represents Mondelez International operations in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. We produce over 40 iconic and delicious brands with more than 400 products including Milka, Oreo, Cadbury and Tang, and local jewels like Cerealitas, Terrabusi and Clight, among others. More than 2,600 wonderful people proudly work to make our delicious snacks at two production plants in Argentina: the Pacheco Plant in Buenos Aires Province, Villa Mercedes Plant in Villa Mercedes Province and our commercial offices located in San Isidro, Buenos Aires Province.
