The Role
We are looking for a skilled AI Technical Program Manager to lead and drive the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions. You will leverage your understanding of product development methodologies, your knowledge of enterprise GTM motions and your business savvy to provide strategic guidance to teams in ways that help us delight our customers and scale. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing by influence to produce results in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
●Plan, execute, and oversee AI initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
●Develop detailed program plans and manage all execution aspects, including program interdependencies, metrics, testing, deployment, enablement/resourcing, and communication.
●Responsible for the implementation of strategic Product initiatives that can range from driving business case development, design, and development through coordination with the GTM teams through performance tracking.
●Drive crucial conversations with senior leaders in business and engineering to define strategic business case and measurable benefits.
●Identify program communication strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
●Work closely with data scientists and engineers to understand AI model development, deployment, and integration processes.
●Review technical documentation and ensure adherence to best practices in AI development.
●Create and drive complete documentation to facilitate program reviews and decision-making process at the Steering Committee level.
●Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
●Implement and promote Agile methodologies within the team, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptability in project execution.
● Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
●Drive process efficiency across the entire Product and GTM organizations.
●Build key dashboards that show the health of the program and distribute to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
●6+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on AI or machine learning initiatives.
●Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects.
●Extensive experience with Agile tools and techniques: Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterations, feedback loop with customer involvement.
●Demonstrated ability to lead and manage team or executional resources autonomously.
●Solutions-oriented approach to solving complex problems and challenges while maintaining optimism
●Excellent communication and influencing skills, problem solving, conflict resolution management, active listening, time management and interpersonal skills
● Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and technologies is good to have.
●Must be comfortable using Jira - managing tickets and proficient at building reports in Jira
● Must be proficient in using Google Workspace products (Docs, Slides, Sheets), PowerPoint, Asana and other project management tools.
●Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.
