The TPG AI Workforce Transformation Specialist partners with TPG leaders, AI pillar teams, and workforce stakeholders to design and scale AI capability aligned to business priorities. This role leads the AI Upskilling Pillar, translating TPG's AI strategy into function-based learning, adoption, and measurable workforce outcomes that drive workforce productivity and innovation. This role ensures employees can effectively apply approved AI tools in their daily work by connecting learning to real tasks, workflows, and problem solving - enabling faster execution, new ideas, and improved ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Lead the TPG AI Upskilling Pillar, aligning priorities, stakeholders, and execution to build workforce capability and support innovation and productivity outcomes
- Define and implement function-based upskilling strategies aligned to TPG AI priorities and business needs
- Develop and maintain AI learning pathways, foundational through advanced, tied to real use cases
- Partner with TPG AI pillar teams and subject matter experts to embed AI learning into daily work, enabling employees to improve workflows and explore new approaches to engineering and problem solving
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and align learning solutions to evolving AI capabilities
- Analyze and report on AI proficiency, adoption, and usage, including data extraction, visualization, and recurring updates
- Ensure alignment with approved platforms, tools, and enterprise guidelines
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in workforce development, learning strategy, capability building, or AI/digital transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated experience designing and scaling learning or upskilling programs tied to measurable business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, visualize, and report on workforce data (adoption, proficiency, usage metrics)
- Proficiency with AI platforms and enterprise tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, or similar)
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading AI upskilling, digital adoption, or workforce transformation programs in a large-scale technology or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, and enterprise AI adoption frameworks
- Experience with learning pathway design, competency modeling, or skills gap analysis
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, AI agents, or integrating AI into business workflows
- Background in data analysis and reporting on operational or workforce metrics (adoption rates, proficiency levels, usage trends)
- Experience with change management principles and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter)
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Background in semiconductor manufacturing or technology industry is a plus
