Profile Summary:sition will be ideally located in California which is where a majority of TPA relationships are located and report into TPA Channel Management 

Profile Description:

  • Travel within assigned territory (80% travel within territory required) 
  • Coordinate regional TPA events
  • Increase sales distribution sources of existing TPA relationships
  • Re-introduce Voya’s TPA Capabilities
  • Reinforce Voya’s commitment to the industry and our valued TPA relationships
  • Provide training to TPA sales & administrative staff
  • Communications tailored to firm owners and/or key employees
  • Increase technology usage of TPAs in assigned territory 
  • Increase number of TPAs utilizing self-serve capabilities
  • Promote TPA Revenue Sharing Programs
  • Recruit new TPA & Dormant relationships 
  • Target TPAs working exclusively with our competitors and promote Voya capabilities 
  • Pinpoint Voya’s differentiating characteristics in the TPA community
  • Educate TPAs on how Voya TPA capabilities translate to lower operating expenses when administering Voya plans 
  • Keep current with industry regulatory changes
  • Attend ASPPA and/or NIPA national meeting sponsored by Voya
  • Have a presence at ASPPA and NIPA regional chapter meetings 
  • Host Voya sponsored regional TPA regional meetings
  • Vendor system training, conduct/sponsor administrator training for TPA adm
  • in. System such as ASC, Datair, Relius etc.
  • Increase productivity of existing TPA relationships through technology efficiencies

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience working in the DC market, 401, 403b, 457 
  • Plan administration background 
  • FINRA Series 6 Registration (or obtain with 6 months)

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$118,380 - $147,970 USD
