What will you be doing?
An exciting new opportunity exists for a Tourism Product Coordinator to join our friendly RAC Travel team on a full-time basis. In conjunction with the Sales & Product Manager, you will spend your days researching, designing, and loading holidays for our members to book through RAC Travel branches — selecting the best mix of destinations, suppliers, variety, and value.
You will be part of a close-knit and high-performing team, working together to grow travel and tourism product sales in a fast-paced environment where your communication, administration, time management and stakeholder engagement skills will shine.
Your day-to-day impact
Support the business in growing travel and tourism product sales
Select products for monthly Travel Campaigns and ad-hoc promotions
Load, coordinate and maintain the portfolio of travel product online
Provide regular reports on product performance and stakeholder satisfaction
Recommend new travel product to assist in achieving revenue targets, growth, and a competitive advantage
Represent RAC Travel & Tourism within the broader travel industry, building relevant relationships with preferred suppliers and tourism bodies
What you’ll bring to the team
Travel experience will set you apart however a keen interest in travel and an understanding of the tourism industry will be enough to get you started if you have strengths across the areas below.
Education & Experience: A qualification in travel, marketing or a related field (preferred) and/or extensive experience within the travel industry including cruise product design, online tourism and copywriting.
Communication & Relationships: Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills across diverse audiences.
Organisation & Teamwork: Excellent time management, ability to prioritise under pressure, and willingness to collaborate to achieve shared goals.
