This role focuses on accurate spare part master data, inventory control, spare request fulfilment, stock audits, and readiness planning aligned with semiconductor manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·      Spare parts management system** (spare module/ERP/CMMS integration), ensuring accurate item setup and lifecycle status.

·      Maintain complete and correct **critical spares master data**:

·      Part numbers, alternates, BOM/kit definitions (if used), manufacturer references, compatibility, and substitutes

·      Lead times, MOQ, storage requirements, and serialisation/traceability rules (if applicable) - Manage the full spare flow:

·      Receiving/put-away confirmation - inspection/quality checks coordination (as required).

·      Issuance to maintenance/production teams based on approvals and procedures - returns, scrap/write-off processing, and root-cause support for discrepancies.

·      Ensure correct part selection for equipment models/lines - ensure timely fulfilment to support downtime reduction targets.

·      Conduct and support **cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations**:

·      Investigate variances and ensure corrective actions are recorded - Support uptime strategy by identifying and maintaining:

·      **A/B/C critical spares** classification (or company-defined criticality tiers) - consumption trends, slow-moving/excess stock reporting

·      Track and report **spare performance metrics** to leadership: - stock availability/service level, stock-out causes, turnaround time for requests

·      Overdue orders, supplier performance inputs (lead time adherence)

·      Work closely with **Procurement/Supply Chain**: - trigger replenishment actions

·      Manage vendor documentation and ensure part data alignment with purchasing

·      Ensure compliance with semiconductor-specific requirements.

·      Experience in **semiconductor manufacturing** or high-tech maintenance environments.

·      Familiarity with **equipment spare criticality, lead-time planning, and reliability-driven inventory**.

·      Knowledge of maintenance/production downtime processes (CMMS workflows). ### Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·      Inventory accuracy (audit variance %) - Spare request cycle time (request-to-issue) - Stock-out frequency and severity (critical spares)

·      Reorder compliance (on-time replenishment) - Reduction in excess/obsolete spares while maintaining availability.
