You can join our team as a Total Rewards Analyst providing Compensation & Benefits administrative support for multiple organizations and/or locations reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards.

 

What you will do

●   Support the Vice President, Total Rewards in managing team administrative tasks and benefits onboarding with our vendors and administrators
●   Supporting the benefits team with benefits purchase order processing, reporting, benefits onboarding for new joiners with our benefits vendors and brokering teams
●   Supporting the compensation team with reporting, analyzing data sets and making recommendations, creating job frameworks, supporting the team with job

 

What is required for application

   Experience working within a Total Rewards Team (3+ years)
