As part of the Fashion Marketing Team, you will support the top client engagement & experience strategy at the Regional level, working with markets in Switzerland, Latin America & India.
The Top Clients Junior Manager will play a fundamental role in orchestrating the design, development and execution of strategic initiatives aiming at enhancing our top client relationships.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Top client strategy
- In line with Global Top Client strategy, deploy and sustain Top Clients engagement regional initiatives
- Partner with both engagement & events managers to design and develop top client strategies, in line with Chanel Fashion Top Clients Strategy.
- Improve and enrich top client engagement with dedicated tools (top client tracker)
- Act as key point of contact for the markets of the region, animating the regional Top Clients community (providing analysis and insights, sustaining and enriching a portfolio of local and global initiatives)
- Identify new local opportunities of Top Clients engagement, centred around Art & Culture
- Oversee the gifting strategy at regional level (from budget definition to stock follow-up)
- Contribute to the design of information sharing tools (videos, trainings) to harmonise hospitality best practices across the region
- Coordinate engagement initiatives together with Haute Joaillerie and Haute Couture divisions
Top client experiences
- Liaise with each market to ascertain their precise objectives and requirements to grow top client engagement
- Implement the experience initiatives locally by contribution on the client experience journey design
- Liaise with the key stakeholders to ensure offering the ultimate experience at any touchpoint
- Ensure a continuous and clear communication while preparing the experience
- Improve the top client knowledge through analysis (top client experience ROI) and qualitative feedback and database.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Business or relevant fields
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in client experience/project management in the fashion industry.
- Proven international experience.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand landscape and clienteling principles.
- Proficiency in project management tools and proficiency with office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Languages: fluent in French and English. Spanish or Portuguese are a valuable plus.
