TOOLS PROGRAMMER INTERN (GRAPHICS)What You'll DoWe're looking for a Tools Programmer Intern to evolve artist tools within the Unreal Editor. An important aspect of this role is supporting both user-driven and agentic workflows, including exploring and implementing new interaction paradigms to accelerate content creation. You'll directly impact artist productivity by developing user-facing tools for one of the leading game engines used by developers worldwide.
In this role, you will- Resolve bugs and workflow issues for our internal teams and licensees
- Explore new artist workflows on the intersection of agentic and interactive tools
- Work closely with team members to modify existing and add new features
- Have independence in making and owning implementation decisions
- Be part of an experienced distributed team
- Strong C++ skills
- Experience in collaborating with other developers
- Demonstrated ability in working on graphics tools, e.g. geometry, texture processing, terrain authoring, procedural generation
- Experience with using agentic coding tools
- Someone who is pragmatic, professional, and has a positive attitude
- Prior experience with Unreal Engine is a plus, but not required
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
