- Shaping the future:
- Procurement of new tools,
- Create a tool sketch or drawing for inquiry.
- Enquire about tools from supplier
- Review offers and discuss them with the requester
- Creating Material Master in the SAP System and TDM System
- Creation of tool data, machine data, warehouse data, cost centers and supplier information using TDM-System
- Create a collaborative environment:
- Tool tests with the support of tool manufacturers from an economic point of view
- Plan and supervise the execution of production orders.
- Changing drawings in the TDM system and at the supplier
- Changing Material Master in the SAP System and TDM System
- Create something new:
- Trigger monitoring of inventories and purchase requisitions via SAP for the tools.
- Tool tests with the support of tool manufacturers from an economic point of view
- Support for cost reduction and ratio projects.
- Take responsibility:
- Support in case of tool problems in production.
- Information about new tools and cutting material
- Supervision of laser marking device
- Supervision of warehouse and storage facilities Output systems
- Think holistically:
- Support of interfaces of external systems: rotomats, Hänel lifts, presetting devices, automatic machines, barcode scanners, RWT database, measuring equipment database
- Data maintenance of master data
- Monthly evaluations of the cost centers of machine tool
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic or similar
- Work Background: Experience in the mechanical, manufacturing, hydraulic industry
- Experience and Knowledge: Technical responsibility for central tool setting and assembly/disassembly of tool sets according to specification, SAP and TDM System.
- Languages: Advanced English.
- Personality: Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, motivated, open-minded to work in an international team
