Skills Required
- Business-level Japanese language ability
- Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred) or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in equipment installation at a semiconductor fab or manufacturing environment
- Experience with construction and facilities-related work
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of safety management and risk assessment
- Knowledge of tool install and hookup work
- Ability to read engineering drawings (P&ID, layout, utility drawings)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem solving and stakeholder coordination skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
