- Lead – Tool Development & Data Platform Engineering
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or internal tool development roles
- Strong hands-on coder with a track record of independently developing and scaling internal platforms/tools
- Able to balance short-term deliverables with long-term architectural thinking
- Lead the architecture and development of internal tools, dashboards, and micro-platforms using Python, Streamlit, and open-source frameworks
- Demonstrated experience integrating ML/AI models into real-world tools and systems
- Passionate about automation, optimization, and empowering teams with custom tech solutions
- Experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering from non-technical users
