Reporting to Materials Manager, you as a Tool Crib Supervisor will be responsible to manage and control the inventories at an optimal level and time, assurance the BU operation with the correct use of the resources.

Inventory Management: Control inputs and outputs of spare parts and consumables.

Preparation of reports, dashboards of the key indicators of the tool crib.

Supervises the daily activities of a tool crib team by monitoring productivity; accountable for results of the team. Trains new team members on processes.

Identifies areas for development and recommends ways to improve processes and saving costs.

Implements change management initiatives to improve metrics and performance.

Requisitions Management to assure the spare parts delivery on time.

Direct contact with suppliers.

Other duties as assigned.

About You:

Bachelor or university degree in Engineering.

3+ years of experience.
-
Familiarity with engineering practices.

Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.

Knowledge in MS Office.

SAP experience is a must.

Strong analytical & communication skills.

High attention to detail.
