As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Production Control and Distribution teams for our site, focusing on enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring efficiency throughout the supply chain process. Your role will involve cross-functional collaboration, logistics management, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive success in our operations.
About the Job:

Leadership and Coordination: Lead and manage the Production Control team and Distribution for the site, including task assignments, goal setting, and providing performance feedback. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. (30%)

Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to align production plans with demand forecasts and customer requirements. Collaborate with production teams to adjust schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity planning. (20%)

Buying: Address and resolve supply chain disruptions or delays. Collaborate with Procurement and vendors to ensure material quality and maintain effective relationships. (20%)

Logistics: Manage logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing, to optimize costs and delivery times. Coordinate with logistics providers for efficient distribution. (10%)

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock situations. (10%)

Continuous Improvement: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce production expenses. (10%)
About You:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in Distribution, Logistics, Traffic, and Trade & Compliance (preferably in the PCBA or Electronics sector)

Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics

Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems

Strong knowledge of legal requirements and regulations related to distribution and transportation

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English (90%)
