- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or a similar position within a Western or All-Day Dining restaurant.
- Thorough knowledge of Western cuisine, food products, standard recipes, cooking techniques, and proper food preparation.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Prepares and cooks a variety of à la carte for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assists in the preparation and presentation of dishes for restaurant operations, banquets, and special events according to production requirements.
- Ensures proper mise en place, stock rotation, and organization of the assigned kitchen section.
