Job Description:
SUMMARY
Support the Toll Management product by monitoring vehicle enrollment, handling violation disputes, and resolving customer service issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Monitor reporting and resolve issues with vehicles enrolling on the Toll Management product.
- Add, enroll, update or unenroll vehicles from the US and 407 toll program.
- Work with team members to complete the enrollment process
- Work with other team members to complete monthly invoice errors prior to due date and client billing.
- Investigate and respond to driver/client inquires regarding the Toll Management product, process, transponder requests, and toll violation dispute status.
- Review Sales Force requests upon receipt. Respond to and resolve Sales Force requests promptly and within the ECD to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor toll violation volume to identify trends with vehicle enrollment or jurisdictional changes that may impact our vehicles on the program.
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary to further develop product or improve operational procedures

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- One year office or customer service experience
