We are seeking a results-driven and entrepreneurial Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Japan team and play a critical role in accelerating our growth through high-impact partnerships. This role will work closely with the Head of Japan and global marketing teams to define and execute a scalable influencer and affiliate strategy, driving both brand awareness and revenue performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with hands-on execution, owning end-to-end performance across influencer and affiliate channels. You will identify, onboard, and scale high-performing partners, optimize channel efficiency, and unlock new growth opportunities in the Japanese market

What You'll Do (主な業務内容):

日本における主要な収益成長の推進力として、インフルエンサーマーケティングおよびアフィリエイトチャネルを主導・推進する。
全体的なマーケティングおよび商業目標に沿った、データドリブンなインフルエンサーおよびアフィリエイト戦略を策定・実行する。
高い成果を上げるインフルエンサー、クリエイター、アフィリエイトパートナーを特定・採用・管理する（ROIとスケーラビリティに重点）。
クリエイティブ、オファー、フォーマットなどの継続的なテストとデータ分析を通じてキャンペーンパフォーマンスを最適化し、ROASを最大化する。
A8や楽天などの主要クリエイターやアフィリエイトネットワークとの長期的なパートナーシップを構築し、安定した成果を確保する。
価格設定、プロモーション、メッセージングに関して、BD、パフォーマンスマーケティング、ブランドチームと緊密に連携する。
チャネルパフォーマンス（トラフィック、CVR、AOV、ROAS）を監視・分析し、効率改善のための実行可能なインサイトを提供する。
予算を効果的に管理し、規律ある支出と高い収益性を確保する。
市場動向、プラットフォームの変更、競合他社の活動を常に把握し、新たな成長機会を特定する。
Own and drive the Influencer Marketing and Affiliate channels as key revenue growth levers in Japan.
Develop and execute a data-driven influencer and affiliate strategy aligned with overall marketing and commercial objectives.
Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing influencers, creators, and affiliate partners (with a focus on ROI and scalability).
Optimize campaign performance through continuous testing (creatives, offers, formats) and data analysis to maximize ROAS.
Build long-term partnerships with top creators and affiliate networks (e.g., A8, Rakuten), ensuring consistent performance delivery.
Collaborate closely with BD, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to align on pricing, promotions, and messaging.
Monitor and analyze channel performance (Traffic, CVR, AOV, ROAS), and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring disciplined spending and strong profitability.
Stay on top of market trends, platform changes, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities

Who We're Looking For (求める人物像):

• インフルエンサーマーケティング、アフィリエイトマーケティング、またはパフォーマンスマーケティングにおいて3～5年の実務経験を有し、収益成長を牽引した確かな実績を持つ方。
• 日本語（N2以上のレベル）およびビジネスレベルの英語に堪能な方。
• 結果を重視し、野心的な目標達成と効率的な実行に焦点を当てた強いオーナーシップマインドセット。
• ROI責任を明確に持ち、インフルエンサーおよび／またはアフィリエイトチャネルを管理・拡大した実績。
• 優れた問題解決能力と、データに基づく意思決定力。
• 日本のデジタルエコシステム（Instagram、YouTube、X、アフィリエイトプラットフォームなど）に関する深い理解。
• 部門横断的に協働できる優れたステークホルダーマネジメントスキル。
• 変化する優先事項の中で、スピード感のある高成長環境に対応できる柔軟性。
• アフィリエイトネットワークやインフルエンサーエージェンシーとの業務経験があれば尚可。
• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
• Fluent in Japanese (N2+ level) and business-level English.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on driving results, ambitious target achievement, and efficient execution.
• Proven ability to manage and scale influencer and/or affiliate channels with clear ROI accountability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Deep understanding of the Japan digital ecosystem (Instagram, YouTube, X, affiliate platforms, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
• Experience working with affiliate networks and influencer agencies is a strong plus.
