ABOUT TODD SNYDER
Known for its sophisticated take on redefining how to dress the modern gentleman, Todd Snyder collections draws from Savile Row tailoring, vintage military apparel and classic American workwear, making timeless pieces relevant for the well-dressed man. Based in New York, the brand meticulously sources elegant materials from around the world, creating designs that are both smart and refined.

YOUR ROLE:
As the Visual Operations Lead, you’ll be the General Manager’s "go-to" in implementing, leading, and executing the Visual and Operational Excellence initiatives for your store. Your passion lies in creating extraordinary customer experiences – whether from stunning visual execution, driving sales results on the floor as Leader on Duty, or creating operational efficiencies in the back of house, you put the customer at the center of everything you do by ensuring your store is "customer-ready" every time they walk through the door.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • You have a passion for driving sales: As Leader on Duty (LOD), you lead our Sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You coach the team on how best to engage their customers, you ensure that each Sales team member is empowered to deliver their individual goal, and you keep the entire team moving toward the store's financial target by managing task execution, replenishment, transfers, and speed of product to the customer (BOSS, BOPIS, and Merchandise Requests, to name a few programs you'll support). You analyze sales and product performance reports to make strategic merchandising decisions with your Market Visual Leader, and you support the General Manager with critical insights on product performance and sales opportunities.
  • You are an innovative merchant: You coach your team and lead the execution of our rollout (floor set) process. You ensure that the Service team is always maintaining our visual standards, and you champion processes that ensure your store is always ready for our customers. You make data-backed decisions around merchandising, and you advocate for the product assortment and replenishment your store needs.
  • You are a people leader: You coach, train, and motivate the team through our core values: People, Passion, Integrity, Innovation, and Teamwork. You’re a role model leader and you hold the team accountable to our workplace culture, values, and service standards. You take appropriate partnership with your General Manager and District Team Leader to escalate issues and address gaps in performance.
  • You believe that teamwork drives results: You prioritize giving (and receiving) feedback and recognition through real-time coaching and celebrating your team’s successes! You know that team selling and getting your hands in processes can make all the difference in your store's (and team's) results and you jump in whenever needed.
  • You act with integrity: You adhere to and enforce our company policies, procedures, and our commitment to safety and Asset Protection standards. You do the right thing, even when it’s also the tough thing to do.
YOU’D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF:
  • You love Todd Snyder products!
  • You've led teams in luxury retail before, and you have a strong background in visual merchandising.
  • You can multi-task and have attention to detail; priority-setting and time management are your strong suits.
  • You know how to lead and develop teams and have a general understanding of employment law.
  • Business acumen? You've got it!
  • You have flexible availability – you’re available to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed so we can always meet the needs of our customers!
OUR ASSOCIATES LOVE TODD SNYDER BECAUSE:
  • They work with some of the best teams in the industry at one of the hottest menswear brands in the market today
  • They're given opportunities for development, the chance to learn new skills, and are offered great potential for career advancement

  • They also receive 40 percent off at AE, Aerie, and Unsubscribed as well as exclusive partner discounts!
