Mō te tūranga | About the role
We’re looking for a TMP Designer to help deliver good work safely, on time, and to a high standard. In this role, you’ll design Temporary Traffic Management Plans for single and multiple activities, manage the process from request through to approval, and work closely with the wider team to keep projects moving. It’s a role for someone who likes problem solving, thinks ahead, and takes pride in getting the details right.
Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities
- Design TMPs for single and multiple activities in line with project priorities.
- Develop TMPs in accordance with NZGTTM and approved variations or engineering exception decisions.
- Use Rapid TCP software to produce accurate, practical traffic management plans.
- Manage the full process from request through to submission and approval.
- Contribute to a safe, quality-focused team environment and support other duties or projects as needed.

- Good knowledge of Rapid Plan, NZGTTM, My Worksites, and basic Microsoft Office.
- A strong focus on safety, quality, and doing the job properly every time.

- A reliable, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and pitch in.
