Position:                             Title Solutions Lead

Department:                       Operations – ESB

Reports To:                        Senior Executive Vice President

Employment Status:          Full Time, Exempt

Office Location:                 Remote

 

Job Summary:

The Title Solutions Lead reports directly to the Bank’s Senior Executive Vice President of Banking Operations with an additional reporting line to the Head of Business Development. This role is primarily responsible for customer relations and operations related to the bank’s real estate title & escrow business.


Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with title agencies, escrow agencies, and real estate brokerages
  • Identify target customers and geographies, and solicit new business
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, requests, and issues
  • Proactively reach out to clients to solicit feedback, understanding their needs, challenges, and goals
  • Coordinate the onboarding and account opening process with the Banking Operations team
  • Attend industry events to serve as a spokesperson of the bank
  • Educate customers on ancillary banking products & services
  • Provide new business reporting to senior management

 

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in sales, business development, or customer service
  • Strong understanding of the residential real estate industry, specifically the real estate closing process and its participants
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage up/down in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
