Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Title Assistant to support our loss mitigation title and ownership reporting processes. This role is responsible for accurate order entry, document preparation, and communication with internal teams and external partners, ensuring transactions move efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily order entry for title searches, reports, and quotes, ensuring all requests are entered by close of business.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly, professionally, and accurately.
  • Prepare, review, and organize documentation for title insurance policies.
  • Conduct title and lien searches; identify and assist in clearing title issues to ensure accurate records.
  • Send confirmations of recordings and prepare invoices for completed transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, attorneys, and internal teams to support seamless transactions.
  • Collaborate regularly with sales teams to facilitate smooth closings.
  • Manage and maintain the team Outlook mailbox and shared folders.
  • Enter and maintain accurate closing contact information for client access.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the title industry required.
  • Experience with title searches, abstracting, and title processing.
  • Strong understanding of title and lien processes.

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.

Position's Pay Range:

$34.00 - $42.00
