Overview

The Timekeeping Project Administrator will provide support to the project staff processing time for day-to-day operations of the project team and professionally represent your Bernhard team by understanding and acting by the company's core values, leading by example. Specific responsibilities include:

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate employee time tracking for the region on a daily basis.
  • Track paid time off, holiday pay and approved/unpaid time off, to ensure weekly time entry is accurate.
  • Contact project team supervision for any missed time, or improperly coded time.
  • Run weekly payroll reports and submit them to project teams for approval.
  • Export weekly payroll reports from time sheet platform into accounting system.
  • Verify all reports converted properly, confirm all straight time and overtime hours are correct.
  • Submit all required documents to Payroll processor on time.
  • Properly maintain and procure office supplies with manager approval.
  • Assist in new hire onboarding process and processing of IT hardware & permissions requests as necessary
  • Electronic project file maintenance- payroll related/time entry.
  • Review and distribute documents/correspondence to field personnel and other key parties as needed.
  • Effectively & accurately communicate relevant time issues/information to project team.
  • Manage parking pass process (if applicable)
  • Other administrative functions as requested
QualificationsRequired Education, Experience, and Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be able to multi-task and possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications
  • Construction administrator experience preferred.
  • College-level coursework and/or two years' experience in construction management.
  • Construction billing experience is preferred with AIA billing/Textura as ideal
Travel Requirements
  • 0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
Physical/Work Environment Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Climbing stairs.
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Quiet environment.
  • Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.
Pay RangeUSD $24.28 - USD $32.44 /Hr.
