THE POSITION
This role will be responsible for delivering all stadium and non-stadium ticketing facilities, including all related sub-infrastructure projects, serving millions of ticket holders.
The main responsibilities of the Ticketing Infrastructure Manager for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™ include:  
• Ensure the delivery of all stadium and non-stadium ticketing facilities for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™ and other FIFA tournaments, in full compliance with established requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to review and interpret facility designs and floor plans, as well as hardware and equipment scope, specifications, and requirements, to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
• Attend regular coordination meetings with the Ticketing Infrastructure team and other relevant departments.
• Establish and maintain up-to-date requirements documents, as well as policies and procedures for ticketing facilities, including physical infrastructure, overlay, FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), signage, and IT equipment.
• Plan and oversee the delivery and installation of physical infrastructure, overlay, FF&E, signage, and IT equipment in ticketing facilities.
• Manage, plan, and oversee staff involved in supporting ticketing infrastructure delivery in the host cities.

YOUR PROFILE
Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education.
Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience working in similar roles at international sporting events
• Experience in ticketing projects is an advantage
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
Skills & Competencies

• Proven knowledge of infrastructure projects (e.g., overseeing the installation of overlay, furniture, signage, equipment, etc.).
• Strong ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, with focus on delivering high-quality projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both within and across multiple functional areas.

Certifications & Requirements

• Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Technology: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project), as well as planning software and online collaboration tools. Knowledge of Power BI will be considered a significant advantage.
• Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro.
• Right to work in Brazil.
