About This Team:
TIBCO EBX is a leading Master Data Management solution. We help our customers managing their most important data. We are looking for a new product expert, to help our customers, partners and even the product team, in order to build the best possible product.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Participating in project implementations by providing product expertise
- Helping our customers and partners by sharing best practices
- Auditing projects
- Collaborating with the support team to help on support tickets resolution
- Collaborating with the engineering team to provide feedbacks on existing features, and ideas about future capabilities
- Develop and maintain solution accelerators
- Required Experience/Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with TIBCO EBX
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 6 years; or PhD with 3 years of experience.
- French and English are mandatory
