As an Integrated Logistics Support Engineer (ILSE), you will define the optimized approach to plan and develop support for engines and/or components in order to assure the right availability and the minimum costs throughout their lifecycle.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Define maintainability needs and connect with engineering organizations (from design to In Service teams) to guarantee application and evolution of the maintenance planning (preventive, predictive and corrective tasks)
Support fleet modeling to identify spare parts needs along the entire engine lifecycle
Define needs of Support and test equipment with particular attention to Packaging, handling, storage and transportation for most important items
Identify Manpower and personnel needs for the different maintenance bases
Define needs of Training for operators and Technical publications
Participate in cross functional team as part of lean events for service contracts productivity enhancement
Qualifications/Requirements
Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
Proven experience in Aerospace business
Good interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
Clear thinking and diligent approach
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Fluency in English and Italian
Desired Characteristics
Proven experience in similar role
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs and manage projects.
Ability to document, plan, and execute programs
Strong influencing skills in a global environment
