As our Third-Party Risk Management Senior Manager, you’ll lead the development and evolution of our global third-party risk management strategies, policies, and practices that enable us to effectively manage the risks associated with our diverse and complex network of suppliers, partners, and vendors.   • You have extensive experience leading global third-party risk management programs, enterprise risk, or related teams within a large complex global organization. Financial services and/or investment management industry experience is a plus.
  • You are comfortable navigating a highly matrixed corporate environment and collaborating across many stakeholders and groups to accomplish a goal.

  • You can play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the global third-party risk management framework, governance, and developing and implementing strategies to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a culture of risk awareness and mitigation.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
