The role

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Third Party Risk Management Analyst to join our Partnerships team based in Cyprus. This role is critical for evaluating and mitigating risks associated with our third-party partners and vendors. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, maintaining operational resilience, and supporting the team in onboarding and managing relationships with key third party providers. The role’s mandate will drive third party risk management in the first line of defence across the Plum Group.

You will help ensure efficient and pragmatic due diligence of new partners and monitoring of existing partners in collaboration with relationship owners in the business. You will also maintain the end-to-end partner onboarding process, helping the business to efficiently work with new third parties.  Your contribution will be vital in driving the best risk-managed outcomes for the business and supporting high-impact partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end third-party risk assessments and due diligence for potential and existing partners and vendors.
  • Evaluate risks across various domains including financial, operational, security, and compliance, particularly for partners in the financial services sector.
  • Identify and assess regulatory and operational risks associated with delivering key new products that rely on third-party services.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of SLAs and timely completion of due diligence reviews
  • Participate in operational resilience testing exercises ensuring effective coordination with third party service providers.
  • Collaborate across teams (finance, operations, product, compliance etc.) to integrate risk requirements into partnership agreements and operational processes.
  • Support the Partnerships team during the full partner lifecycle, from initial pitch to negotiation and operationalisation, by providing risk insights and compliance guidance.
  • Act as the direct point of contact for business owners, helping them navigate the partner onboarding process, clearly communicating risk findings and balancing business urgency with risk mitigation
  • Maintain and monitor the Third-Party Risk Register and tooling, ensuring relevant service details and risk profiles are accurate and performance is continuously tracked.
  • Effectively balance short-term and long-term priorities, managing multiple risk assessment projects.
  • Coordinate the effective review of contractual provisions, with consideration of applicable operational resilience and/or outsourcing requirements.
  • Support business owners in negotiating commercial aspects for key third party service provider arrangements, as required.
  • Maintain up to date the procurement process documentation and system workflows.

What We Look For:

  • Proven experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Relationship Management, or a similar risk-focused role, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
  • Are familiar with how financial institutions work.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to third-party outsourcing, operational resilience and vendor management.
  • Experience in conducting robust risk assessments, performing due diligence, and clearly documenting findings.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex risk findings and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Happy to work independently and flexibly within a fast-moving environment.

We offer a compensation package consisting of base salary and equity, with compensation reviewed twice a year as part of our performance and growth framework.

The salary range (annually gross) for this position is:

  • €30.000–€50.000

Final compensation will be confirmed at the end of the hiring process and will be based on the level at which the candidate is assessed, taking into account their experience, expertise, and alignment with our internal competencies and leveling framework.
