We're seeking someone to join our team as a Data, Analytics & AI Innovation Associate . This role will leverage the Global Supplier Services (GSS) data to deliver insights into the Firm's third-party relationships. They will work on solutions to provide transparency and help determine opportunities to optimize Third-party expenses. This position will require a strong balance of business acumen with technical expertise. An understanding of third-party relationships and the source to pay processes is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to provide reporting & analytics deliverables in a fast paced and deadline driven environment while supporting data innovation and transformation initiatives.

This is an Associate level position within the Business Unit Management, which performs business management/CAO functions such as headcount management, financials, people processes, executive communications, and strategic support.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Become a subject matter expert in sourcing, procurement, third-party, and expense management data to develop analytical solutions that drive business decisions

  • Translate complex business requirements into stakeholder-ready insights through intuitive dashboards, predictive analytics, KPI scorecards, and executive-level presentations

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Power BI

  • Identify patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities using quantitative and statistical analysis techniques

  • Partner with business stakeholders to explore opportunities to leverage Generative AI, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiency

  • Develop proof-of-concepts and innovative solutions utilizing AI technologies such as natural language querying, semantic layers, automation workflows, and intelligent insights generation

  • Support the migration of reporting assets from legacy platforms to strategic cloud-based data platforms and participate in all stages of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, testing, validation, and deployment

  • Contribute to data governance initiatives by maintaining business taxonomies, semantic models, KPI definitions, and data quality processes

  • Collaborate with technology, data engineering, and business teams to onboard and model new datasets for enterprise analytics use cases

  • Support ad hoc analytical requests, executive reporting, scenario analysis, forecasting, and business performance measurement

  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI, analytics, and data science technologies to identify opportunities that enhance the GSS Data & Analytics service model

What you'll bring to the role:

  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, quantitative analysis, or related fields

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets

  • Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

  • Experience developing dashboards and visual analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms

  • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, statistical modeling, or AI-related applications

  • Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated interest, coursework, certifications, projects, or work experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Predictive Analytics, or Quantitative Modeling

  • Knowledge of statistical techniques, forecasting, regression analysis, clustering, classification, optimization, or other analytical methodologies

  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Snowflake Cortex AI, Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, or similar technologies

  • Exposure to semantic models, knowledge graphs, ontologies, graph databases, or AI-powered data discovery solutions

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and modern data architectures

  • Experience building automated analytical workflows using Power Automate, APIs, or Python-based frameworks

  • Industry experience with sourcing, procurement, Accounts Payable, third-party lifecycle management, or expense management is advantageous

  • Understanding of experimentation, hypothesis testing, and data-driven decision-making frameworks
