As a Thin Film Process Shift Engineer in Taoyuan, Taiwan, you will hold a critical position in our committed initiatives to advance memory and storage solutions.
The Thin Film Process Engineering department aims to develop seamless processes that maintain outstanding quality and performance of our products. You will collaborate with expert professionals to successfully apply new technologies that help move our mission forward.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance thin film deposition processes to satisfy stringent industry requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze process performance, finding opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement solutions for yield improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during process development.
  • Follow SOP to support day/night shift operations.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in thin film deposition techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related area, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with semiconductor manufacturing and process development.
  • Familiarity with advanced thin film characterization techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and compete in a fast-paced environment.
