In this role, you will be a key contributor to advanced DRAM thin-film process development. You will own critical process solutions, partner closely with integration, equipment, and manufacturing teams, and help move new technologies from early concepts into qualified, high-volume production!
Responsibilities:
  • Translate DRAM product requirements into scalable, cost-effective thin-film process solutions
  • Develop, optimize, and characterize thin-film deposition processes for advanced DRAM technologies
  • Identify and resolve process defects, yield issues, and reliability risks using data-driven methods
  • Design and execute DOE, analyze results, and communicate technical recommendations
  • Partner with equipment and materials suppliers to evaluate new tools and chemistries
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality control plans, including effective use of statistical process control (SPC) techniques.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • PhD or MS with 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
  • Strong foundation in process science, including reaction engineering, thermodynamics, transport phenomena, or plasma science
  • Demonstrated experience designing and analyzing experiments, including DOE
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep expertise in thin-film deposition processes and tool parameter optimization
  • Experience supporting DRAM, HPCMOS, and/or EUV-enabled technologies
  • Hands-on experience with materials and surface characterization techniques such as XPS, AFM, XRD, AES, EBSD, or SIMS
