About the Internship
You’ll be part of the Forecasting Analyst Team, which focuses on improving demand forecasting through advanced analytics. This means working with real data, experimenting with new techniques, and helping us use data smarter every day. Your focus will be on statistical forecasting, for example by applying machine learning models and other advanced analytical methods.
What You’ll Do
Analyse forecasting data and uncover insights that help us plan smarter
Support ongoing projects and share findings through clear, engaging presentations
Research and test ways to optimize our statistical forecasting approach
Identify new opportunities to improve forecast accuracy for part of the Mars Wrigley portfolio
Who We’re Looking For
You’re curious, analytical, and eager to make data matter. You want to use your skills to solve real business challenges and grow in a digital-first environment.
You are:Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree ideally in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, and remain enrolled for the duration of the internship
Interested in statistical forecasting, with some familiarity with forecasting tools and systems (such as Kinaxis, OMP, FuturMaster, Blue Yonder, E2Open, or John Galt), and a strong interest in data analytics.
Fluent in English
Available for at least 4 days per week and able to travel to our Veghel office
